Can You Really Give Up Smoking Without The Associated Weight Gain?


For some of us the compulsive fear of putting on weight after putting out the last cigarette is so overpowering that we are incessantly postponing the moment. Another helpful trick is to distract the body from the cravings via activities that can capture your interest. From social interactions to volunteering for a cause you support, from reading a book to visiting a museum, anything goes!
